The terms, in plain words.

Every monthly plan needs 6 monthly payments. The first is due at signup and the rest follow monthly.

After the six months, your plan continues month to month at the same price until you cancel.

Starter: on-screen captions on all 4 videos, +$100/month. That makes $597/month, or $3,582 over the six-month minimum.

Deluxe: on-screen captions on all 8 videos, +$200/month. That makes $947/month, or $5,682 over the six-month minimum.

Premium already includes on-screen captions.

An add-on you choose at signup is part of each monthly payment, including the minimum.

You can request cancellation online at any time on Manage your plan by signing in with the email you used at checkout. You can also use the contact form or email info@reallyeasytech.com.

It takes effect at the end of the six-month minimum or at the end of your current paid month, whichever is later.

There are no cancellation fees, and canceling early doesn't make the remaining minimum payments due all at once — they continue on the normal monthly schedule.

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Monthly plans are charged automatically each month to the payment method you choose, starting on the day you sign up. Prices are in US dollars.

On Manage your plan you can see your invoices and update your payment method. Work is scheduled once Stripe confirms the payment.

One shoot a month (up to 2 hours on Starter, up to 4 hours on Deluxe and Premium) and the deliverables listed for your plan on the plans page.

Each plan includes one consolidated revision round a month. Fixing our own errors never uses it up. Anything outside your plan is quoted in writing first.

We schedule or publish to Instagram and Facebook only after you approve each post. Your accounts stay in your name, and you can remove our access at any time.

Shoots in the South Bay, Los Angeles are included. For anywhere else in Los Angeles County, contact us to scope it before checkout.

Single Video ($250) and Social Photo Session ($250) are paid once. There's no minimum and nothing recurring.

We deliver the agreed content. We don't guarantee views, followers, leads or sales.
